In order to limit their concerns and ensure the highest level of safety, we continue to remain vigilant and are already experimenting with the strictest environmental prevention and sanitation measures. Without doubt, the management of the COVID-19 pandemic requires greater efforts to ensure a healthy and safe environment for our guests and employees. For this reason, in addition to adopting all the necessary prevention processes, based on government and public health authorities’ recommendations, we have drawn up an even stricter protocol.
Sanitization of rooms and environments
As the safety and protection of our guests and colleagues is one of the main concerns of our hotel, we have strengthened precautionary and health surveillance measures to safeguard their health. For this reason, Airone Resort has decided to use specific products, selected among the best brands in the world of sanitation, in order to keep the spaces as healthy as possible and trying to give maximum ventilation to the rooms and common areas of our structure.
Safety in food and beverage services
Airone Resort guarantees ample space and therefore a high standard of distance even in the services of breakfast, lunch and dinner. Guests can ask to benefit from free table service. The table service will be promoted, as much as possible, in all F&B services.

Thanks to our green spaces, the swimming pool and the beach, the search for privacy and correct distance will not be a problem in our Resort. This privilege can be found by visiting the photo gallery and the various pages of our website.

Today you are largely protected by our cancellation policy. Due to this health emergency, we have made our cancellation terms even more flexible in this way: Cancellation with refundable deposit up to 10 days before arrival.
The amount paid as a Confirmatory Deposit will be returned to the Guest net of Euro 60,00.

Yes, the deposit paid is transferable to future bookings during the 2020 or 2021 season.
As always, the safety of our guests and staff members remains our top priority. In response to the current health emergency, we have taken further steps to tighten our cleanliness and hygiene protocols within the resort:
- the rooms and all common areas will be sanitised with authorised products and certified by the Ministry of Health.
- the common areas will undergo a greater frequency of sanitation intervention, several times during the day
- the cleaning staff will receive extraordinary training and will have to follow specific and detailed operational protocols.
- the Resort is equipped with a defibrillator, and the staff has been trained with the First Aid course
The Hospital of Chioggia is about one kilometer away from our facility.
No, our policy is of maximum flexibility towards the customer. You can choose to arrive and depart on any day of the week. The only exception is the week of Ferragosto, where we ask for a minimum stay of 4 nights.
