The flagship of the Airone Resort, the restaurant “Oltremare” stands out for the quality of the products and the efficiency of the service: everyday our proposal – both buffet and a la carte – is pleased to satisfy the most varied tastes and to pay particular attention to those suffering from gluten allergies and intolerances.
Since the well-being of our guests also passes from the table, the recipes are made with fresh, seasonal and typical ingredients of the territory: if for all Chioggia is famous for the freshest fish, the strongly sandysoils and the presence of the breezes allow to grow vegetables with extraordinary beneficial properties, such as carrot, sea squash, potato, round white onion and the ever-present Radicchio Rosso di Chioggia PGI.
Start the day with the right energy
A good breakfast is the first step to a healthy and balanced diet. For this reason we offer a rich buffet of desserts, fresh fruit, jams, honey, yogurt, muesli, cereals, fruit juices, various types of bread and coldcuts, as well as all the coffee products.
t is possible, by reservation, to have breakfast on the terrace of the Resort, to enjoy the fresh morning air and face the day with the right amount of energy.
Well-being also passes from the table
During the summer at lunch the proposal is even more varied: in the buffet you can choose between delicious hors d’oeuvres, bis of first and second courses, salads, fresh seasonal fruit. At the poolside La Terrazza restaurant you can enjoy delicious snacks or traditional fish dishes from Chioggia, revisited by our chef. At dinner the courses include choices of first and second course as well as a dessert buffet, and every week we organize menus for children and theme nights with entertainment shows. In half board and full board, drinks are not included.
